Chef Hector Roman Muñoz Sanchez
Born in Mexico City on October 29, 1986, Héctor currently lives in Punta Mita, Nayarit. He considers himself very passionate about his job, something he always shares with those around him.
Héctor studied at Centro Culinario Ambrosía and began his career as a cook in Mexico City's Hotel Emporio. Later, he worked as Chef de Partie at the Marriott Reforma and then moved to Cancun to work as a cook at Le Meridien Hotel.
His career then took him to The St. Regis Punta Mita, as a cook at the Five-Diamond-winning Carolina Restaurant. He was later promoted to Chef in this same restaurant, and then took the position of Catering Chef. Héctor left Punta Mita for San José del Cabo to work at the JW Marriott, and then came back, now working as Chef at Spice Market at the W Punta de Mita hotel.
